You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request account deletion at any time by emailing support@fynexia.com.

We keep your account and purchase history for as long as your account is active, so your guides stay accessible. If you request account deletion, we'll remove your personal data except where we're legally required to retain transaction records.

We use industry-standard practices — including access rules that ensure only you can read or write your own account data — to protect your information. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
